- Is Convertly Converter really free?
- Yes. All our essential conversion tools are free and usable without registration within the daily quota limit. Paid plans offer a higher quota for heavy users.
- Are my files safe?
- Yes. Almost all our tools process your files directly in your browser. Your files are neither sent nor stored on our servers.
- Do I need to create an account to use the tools?
- No. You can use most tools without an account, with the same limit of 10 uses per day. A free account is required to upgrade to a paid plan.
- Is there a size or file count limit?
- Tools accept files up to several hundred MB. The number of conversions per day depends on your plan: 10 per day for the Free plan (with or without an account), 50 for Starter, 100 for Pro, unlimited for Business.
- On which devices does Convertly Converter work?
- On all modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari), on desktop, mobile and tablet alike.
- In which languages is the site available?
- Convertly Converter is available in 25 languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic and many others.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- From your account, under "My account", you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
