Convertly Converter offers a free plan as well as paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business). These terms of sale apply to those paid plans.

Service Description
Convertly Converter offers online file conversion and processing tools (PDF, images, videos, audio, archives, text, spreadsheets, presentations, ebooks, fonts). Paid plan features are described on the pricing page.
Pricing
Prices for paid plans are displayed including tax on the pricing page. Convertly Converter reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with new prices applying to new orders.
Payment and Billing
Payments are made through Stripe, a secure payment platform. An invoice is sent by email after each transaction.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services once their execution has begun with your prior consent and express waiver.
Termination
For subscriptions, cancellation can be done at any time from your account. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

In case of technical issues or questions about your order, our support team is available by email. We commit to responding within 48 business hours.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France.
