Only the first sheet is taken into account
An XLSX file can contain several sheets; the CSV format, though, handles only one table per file. If the Excel workbook has several tabs, only the active sheet or the first one is converted.
Formulas become fixed values
A cell containing an Excel formula (=SUM(A1:A10), for example) is converted into the value it displayed at export time, not the formula: the CSV won’t recalculate anything if data changes elsewhere.
